Amelia is a social scientist specialising in community and stakeholder engagement. She is passionate about representative open government, sustainable development and civic innovation and does all she can to enable it.

Amelia has spent her career helping governments to consult community, work with stakeholders and consider social issues and impacts in the design and delivery of policy, programs and services. Over the last 15 years, she has worked with governments across Australia and New Zealand, and British Columbia in Canada.

She now runs two organisations a consultancy called Engage2 and The Centre for Civic Innovation.

Kerry Graham

Collaboration for Impact

Kerry has worked in social change for over 20 years.  Her purpose is to evolve the way social change happens in Australia for the benefit of young people.

Kerry is a Founder & Director of Collaboration for Impact – Australia’s leading organisation for enabling people to tackling big, tough problems and create large scale impact through collaboration. In this role, Kerry provides support to and curates learning for communities, corporations, governments, philanthropy and non-profit organisations on how to drive large-scale social change in intractable social challenges. Kerry also lectures on collaborative practice with Centre for Social Impact at University of New South Wales. She holds qualifications in public policy, law, social work and community management.

Stephen has over 20 years in global business environments spanning logistics, entertainment and education management.

Stephen has continuously built education credentials by uniting with business partners, and international universities to design significant, world-class insights and emerging knowledge to our local innovation community.

Most recently, Stephen was Head of Experience at Sydney School of Entrepreneurship developing a product roadmap of academic experiences across NSW. He has worked for Cathay Pacific Airways, Show Group and UTS – as Director of Business Practice, customising innovation programs for industry.

Graduating from an Executive MBA in 2013, Stephen was seconded to Flinders University as an Executive in Residence, establishing the New Venture Institute. Reviewing their strategy and operations in 2017, Stephen designed the NVI Flinders Learning Lab for executive development.

Steve is a social value, purpose and trust specialist supporting businesses, government and not-for-profit organisations to develop strategy and enhance their reputation.

Prior to starting Spurcoe Steve was the Chairman of Edelman in Australia, an organisation highly regarded for it’s annual assessment and report on trust in institutions.

Selena Griffith is a Designer, Educator, and Facilitator with extensive experience delivering innovation in Business, Government, Tertiary and Third Sector contexts.

She leverages design to support Sustainability, Social Impact, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She has authored books on Collaboration, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship and works with teams to enable them to deliver outstanding projects.

In her current role as CEO of Enactus, Selena leads a community of student, academic, and business leaders committed to using the power of entrepreneurial action to transform lives and shape a better more sustainable world.
